Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group meets every 8-12 weeks at Bobblestock Surgery. We hope that the group will help us improve and develop our services and act as a positive link between ths surgery and its patients. Subjects recently discussed have included appointment booking, telephone access and expert patients.
The group is not the forum to discuss issues relating to individual patient complaints or problems.
